Get App but difficult to navigate

GREAT medical app for seeing articulated and disarticulated anatomy. It is super helpful how simple it is to peal away layer and add systems.
The reason I gave this app a 4 star is because of the way you have to navigate. I need to constantly use two fingers to scroll up and down the body even when a single muscle for example is selected. The app seems to rotate around some central axis that is not well defined.
If the next update could be selective rotation meaning rotation focused around the selected item, then this app would be the best by far!
Other medical apps are able to do selective rotation, but do not have as much anatomy. Other apps require expansion packs but this one has the whole thing right off the bat.
Selecitive rotation would throw this app over the top of all other medical apps!! PLEASE update!!
